General Notary Services
General services include, but are not limited to the following:
- Vehicle paperwork
- Wills and agreements
- Divorce Agreements
- Prenuptial Agreements
- And more
For general notary services, fees are as follows:
- $20 Travel fee within 20 miles of Winchester
- $0.60 per mile thereafter
- $15 for the first stamp
- $8 for additional stamps
- Additional $100 for overnight/ER services
Loan Signing Services
As a NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, she is qualified to partner with title companies, lenders, banks and more for closing documents needed for transactions.
The fee for this varies depending upon the size/type of the document packet size and distance of travel within the State of Tennessee

Wedding Officiating Services
In Tennessee, notaries public are authorized to officiate civil unions and marriages. This became effective in 2021, allowing notaries to perform civil ceremonies. Couples must first obtain a marriage license from the County Clerk, which is valid for 30 days. The ceremony itself requires a verbal declaration of intent from both parties.
