General Notary Services
General services include, but are not limited to the following:
- Vehicle paperwork
- Wills and agreements
- Divorce Agreements
- Prenuptial Agreements
- And more
For general notary services, fees are as follows:
- $20 Travel fee within 20 miles of Winchester
- $0.60 per mile thereafter
- $15 for the first stamp
- $8 for additional stamps
Loan Signing Services
As a NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, I am qualified to partner with title companies, lenders, banks and more for closing documents needed for transactions.
The fee for this varies depending upon the size/type of the document packet size and distance of travel within the State of Tennessee
